How to choose film faced plywood?

I'm working for exporting plywoods.i often meet some clients who want to buy film faced plywood,but when i ask them for their request about the plywood,they don't know how to decide.

Yes,China has so many suppliers,and they have different qualities,how can the clients choose?

(1)Size:

Generally speaking,most China manufacturers produce standard size,1220X2440mm,or european size 1250X2500mm.

(2)Film:

Chinese manufacturers can offer domestic film,or imported Dynea film,or HDO/MDO film

(3)Core:

The common core is hackneyed,like as poplar,combine(poplar+hardwood),hardwood and birch.

The poplar is the cheaper,it is softwood,the density is about 500kgs/m3.

The price of hardwood is between poplar and birch,its density is about 600kgs/m3,it is economical surrogate product of birch core.

How about birchcore?it is the european clients' favorite,its density can get 750kgs/m3.the compressive resistance is good.

(4)Glue:

The glue often troubles me,because clients always requested WBP glue,but their price was very very low.when i told them the difference of glues,they didn't believe me,insisted they bought real WBP glue!oh~~~ my god!!!

Real and pure WBP glue can be boiled for at lest 24 hours,but it is the most expensive,especially for birch core,WBP,brown film faced plywood.

Although price of WBP is so high,it is environment protecting,then i think it is worth.(i'm an environmentalist)

Melamine?as my experience,it can be boiled for about 10 hours,its pollution is less than MR glue.

How about MR glue?yes,it is most infectant glue,and it can be boiled for about 6 hours.every year,a large quantity of MR glue plywoods are exported from China to many countries.

I'm not an expert of plywoods,i just hope i can help people who want to import plywoods from China.
